Simona Abraitienė

Simona Abraitienė is an Associate Consultant at Stanton Chase Vilnius. She is experienced in executive search and executive assessment, with a focus on candidate evaluation and management appraisal using competency-based frameworks to identify leadership potential and organizational fit. Simona excels at interpreting complex profiles to assess both the strengths and risks arising from candidates’ behavior in their professional contexts.

As part of the delivery team at Stanton Chase Vilnius, Simona contributes to assignments across a variety of industries. Her role also involves market and executive research, candidate sourcing and identification, and candidate outreach. She has worked in executive search since 2021.

Before entering the industry, she spent almost ten years in a public institution responsible for recruiting civil servants for state and municipal institutions, handling roles from specialist to managerial level. At the beginning of her career, she taught English language courses for various organizations and worked as a Business English lecturer at Vilnius University Business School.

Simona holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Philology from Vytautas Magnus University Education Academy and a Master’s degree in European Union Politics and Administration from Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius. She speaks Lithuanian and English.

Simona enjoys spending time with her family in nature, long-distance running, and reading fiction and psychology.
