Audrius Šošas

Audrius Šošas is a Managing Partner at Stanton Chase Vilnius. A qualified Medical Doctor-Surgeon, he built his early career in the medical and pharmaceutical industries, holding commercial and executive management positions before moving into executive search. He has considerable experience in M&A management and board advisory.

Audrius has worked in executive search, management consultancy, and leadership services since 2003. He was the Founding Partner of an international executive search firm in Lithuania, where he was responsible for business development, team leadership, and operational oversight. His search experience spans a wide range of industries and functional areas.

Over the years, Audrius has placed senior talent in strategic positions across various industries, with a focus on Lithuania and the broader Baltic region. His understanding of economics and business, combined with deep knowledge of the Baltic market, has contributed to the successful completion of numerous projects for leading international and local companies.

Audrius is guided by high ethical standards and takes a considered approach to serving clients and candidates. He focuses on providing individual, timely, and practical solutions while keeping candidates engaged throughout the process.

Audrius graduated from Lithuanian University of Health Sciences and completed Executive Development programs at IMD International Institute of Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland. He speaks Lithuanian, English, Polish, and Russian.
Outside of work, Audrius is a professional rally co-driver with over forty years of experience at the international level.
